Subject: SDTMA Firearms Qualification Question

Good morning,

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. I am looking for POST or legislative language regarding in-service firearms qualifications. Is there a minimum set (Besides the PSP Tactical Firearms)? My Rangemaster is looking for any laws or codes he can refer to for his policy update. He and I both have looked through the PAM and couldn't find anything about yearly qualifications on officers duty weapons.
