SDTMA CPT Compliance Question

Ok SDTMA,

I have a question about the Basic Dispatcher Course as it applies to CPT credit. I have a new dispatcher who completed the basic dispatcher academy in October, 2015. Additionally she has taken 14 hours of other training classes throughout 2015. Her EDI report is showing that she only has 14 hours of CPT credits and needs another 10 hours before the end of the year. Does the 120-hour basic dispatcher academy NOT count toward CPT credits?
