SDTMA First Aid/CPR Instructor Transition Course

We have an instructor who is an EMT and keeps up on this. He is local (LA) - I will check with him and follow up once get an answer.

Do you need it to be POST certified?

Does anyone know of a FA/CPR Instructor Transition course in Southern California?  I found one on the POST website in Sacramento (attached) but preferably need one closer.
