Subject: County wide Defensive tactics instructors meeting.

The San Diego County District Attorney's Office Bureau of Investigations in partnership with The San Diego County Sheriff's Office will be holding a Defensive Tactics/ Arrest and Control roundtable discussion for department or agency defensive tactics instructors on Friday November 20 , 2015 , (1130-1300).  We would like to invite key personnel from your department to attend and participate in this multi-agency discussion.
Our guest speaker for this meeting will be  Defense Attorney William Wolfe who will present a "Defense Attorney's Perspective" on use of force incidents. Mr. Wolfe is a former police officer and prosecutor who has represented police officers, thus has an unique insight into police use of force.  Light lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Location: San Diego Regional Public Safety Training Institute Room  A223 (10440 Black Mountain Rd San Diego, CA 92126)
Time: 1130-1300
