ECPD is hosting the Law Legislative Update Class on 12/7/2015 - 0800 -
noon.
The class will discuss several topics including:
What needs to be included in your reports to AG's Racial and Identity
Profiling Advisory Board AB 953 requires law enforcement to report
information to the Attorney General regarding reasons for all stops,
results of stops and the perceived race or ethnicity, gender, and
approximate age of the person stopped.
Learn when your agency will be required to submit this data to CA DOJ,
how to handle it and what information will be made public at CPOA's 2016
Legislative Update Training.
Get the information you need on 2015 bills set to become law, straight
from those who advocate on your behalf throughout the year. Gain unique
insight on what public safety bills looked like from start to finish
from CHP, DOJ & CPOA representatives.
This is the last week to register. Registration form is attached or
