Hi Jane,

Thanks for providing your email, here's the training material I was referring too.  I'm trying to get this out to all our county agencies in hopes that it can provide some sort of guidance when dealing with parental child abductions and custody disputes.  Please take a look at it and see if it's something your troops in the field can benefit from.
