SDTMA Agencies with Motor units

Good Morning all,

I was tasked with finding out information about starting a Motors unit within my agency.  I was hoping agency's with motors units would help out with some information??

Questions:

1-    Which agency's use Honda bikes?  What's the cost we should expect to purchase them?

2-    What is the Southern California dealership that is used to purchase the bikes?

3-    Does this dealership provide loaner bikes for training?  Do agencies have loaner bikes for training?

4-    Where do you send your officers for training?

5-    What equipment is the minimum needed for each officer?

Any helpful tips and hints would also be absolutely welcome and appreciated!
