Good Morning All!

Our office is hosting a training opportunity for law enforcement officers throughout the area. It will be hosted here on Camp Pendleton, which is located in North County San Diego. If you can, please get this to your training section within the department so we can get the widest dissemination, it would be greatly appreciated. The class is called "Intelligence Preparation of the Beat," and is a great opportunity to help educate those officers about the basic foundations of law enforcement intelligence/intelligence-led policing, with a focus on Human Intelligence and Source Development. This is a great opportunity that is taught by the Southern Police Institute from the University of Louisville and is limited on seating. Please respond to the respective individuals on the flyer and ensure that you get a seat for this great opportunity. I attended one of the classes taught by this institute and it was an amazing experience. We hope to have a variety of different officers from around the county to ensure that there is diversity in the class. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me as well and I will try to answer any questions that you may have.
