COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This eight-hour course will focus on the methods of cultivation and development of informants, which is also known as “Human Intelligence Development”.  How to effectively gather intelligence during the cultivation and development process will be covered. Students will learn about Gang Informants, reliability issues, legal issues and liability associated with Informants, contracts, agreements and protection issues. This is an excellent class for anyone involved in Corrections, Patrol, Investigations, Narcotics and Supervisors.
