To All Training Coordinators:

The L.E. In-Service Unit is offering a 24-hour DRIVING UNDER THE INLFUENCE COURSE on September 24-26, 2013 to be held at Miramar College from 0700-1600 hrs.  Please read attached course flyer in its entirety for additional information.

To make reservations, please send your request via e-mail to myrna.perez at sdsheriff.org<mailto:myrna.perez at sdsheriff.org>.  Requests from individual deputies/officers will not be entertained/accommodated.  No exceptions.  No phone calls, please.

Students whose attendance is confirmed at the time of reservation will receive a reminder about a week before the class.  Should there be any changes to your reservations, please notify me immediately.

Note:  This particular course offering is not certified through Miramar College.  Therefore, no tuition fee will be assessed and no college credit will be awarded.

Non-field deputies interested in attending the course will be placed on a stand by list.  They will be notified of their accommodation status when space becomes available and on a first come, first served basis.
