SDTMA Title 15 - Holding Facility Classes Available

Did we ever determine who exactly has to have this training and who enforces/audits the requirement?  I was still a bit confused after our meeting last week.

Oceanside PD has openings in our in-house (POST Certified) Title 15 courses.  All classes are at Oceanside PD from 0730 to 1630 hrs. There are 18 open positions in each class.
