Course Description: This course is designed to offer the experienced law enforcement trainer an enhanced understanding of the Law Enforcement Officers Killed and Assaulted (LEOKA) program statistics, case studies and resources. This course will enhance the trainer's knowledge of facilitating training and creating learning activities to enhance officer safety training in a learner-centered training environment (e.g. roll call, in-service, PSP). The purpose of the program is to enhance safety and awareness training to prevent violent confrontations, reduce injuries, and prevent deaths (i.e. accidental and felonious).

* Post-critical incident
* Critical incident stress management
* Proactive stress management for law enforcement
