This basic and introductory course will introduce the student to proper
tactics, techniques and procedures to employ as a First Responder when
called to the scene of a suspect or known IED. This course is tailored
specifically to counter-IED operations in Southern California.

Instructor:
Detective Michael Digby is an FBI-certified bomb technician employed by
the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department for the past thirty years.
His assignment for the past fourteen years has been as a member of the
LASD Bomb Squad. Mike has extensive international training in the field
of urban-area counter-IED operations. He is also a past recipient of the
CNOA "Al Stewart" award
